Well done on the weight loss Allen. I think seeing yourself on film/pictures does that. I think we did the same on One Day Removals after seeing the behind the scenes photos. Where did all my chins come from?
it's the quiet one's you have to look out for... Debbie seems to be enjoying the beating too much but I'm sure Danielle was thrilled to be covered in 'blood'.
is Ted an accomplice for filming it?
As part of my attempt at getting fitter I spent the weekend camping in the highlands of Scotland. It was so cold my brain froze. I look like a sad old lord of the rings ranger in these shots.
